Personalize your settings and profile


Profile Image

Upload Image

  1. Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace.
  2. Click Edit My Profile.
  3. Use the Upload Image button to add a new profile picture.

Important Image Information

If your photo does not upload as expected, please try the following: 

* Use a Google Chrome browser.
* Re-size the image to make it smaller and more square in shape.
* Email us at help@mytractiontools.com with your picture and we'll upload it!

Delete Image

To return to the default icon (your initials), click the trash can icon on the top right of the current image.
  • Hover the mouse over the top right corner of your image to view the trash can icon.
  • If your profile picture is dark in the top right corner and you cannot see the trash can icon, notice the mouse changes to a pointer finger, click in that area and the image will delete. 


Other Profile Options

  • Update first and last name.
  • To-Do Email Notification: Choose a time to receive an email with your current To-Dos. You will receive an email 24 and 48 hours before a To-Do is due. If a To-Do is past due, you will receive an email every day until the To-Do is marked as complete.
    • To STOP receiving, change the setting to "Do Not Send Email". 
  • Color Blindness: Adjust for red, green, or blue color blindness.
  • Show Color on Scorecard: Will add green/red coloring to your view of all the scorecards you have access to.
  • Reverse My Scorecard: Reverses the dates for the personal scorecard on your workspace. The most current date column will be on the left side of the scorecard.
  • Password: Update your password.


Texting Actions

Individual Text-a-Todo

Send a text to your personal To-Do List anytime. Personal To-Dos are only present on your workspace and do not show in a meeting. Personal To-Do's are NOT 100% private from other team members.
  1. Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace.
  2. Click Edit My Profile.
  3. Click Setup Individual Text-a-ToDo™.
  4. Choose a texting number.
  5. Click Ok.
  6. Text the unique code to the phone number listed.
  7. You will receive a response back confirming your new texting number. If you do not receive a response back, check the number; if you receive an error message, check the code.
  8. Be sure to store the phone number in your contacts as a Personal To-Do.

Manage Other Phone Actions

View all texting actions you have created. Add new actions or delete existing actions to reuse a phone number.
  1. Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace.
  2. Click Edit My Profile.
  3. Click Manage Other Texting Actions on the bottom right.
  4. Click Create a new phone action using the button at the top right.
  5. Choose the meeting, number, and action from the drop-down menus.
  6. Text the unique code to the phone number listed.
  7. Click Ok.
  8. You will receive a response back confirming your new texting number (if you do not receive a response back, check the number; if you receive an error message, check your code.).
  9. Be sure to store the phone number in your contacts stating which meeting it is for, and whether it is for an Issue, People Headline or To-Do.

Remove Text Action

  1. Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace.
  2. Click Edit My Profile.
  3. Click Manage Other Texting Actions on the bottom right.
  4. Use the garbage can icon to the right to remove.
  5. Click Ok.

Please be aware that our Canadian numbers are U.S. based, and may incur high fees.


Remember, one number per text action. Everyone has to set up their own.
