Alternate Invite Option - Inviting Users
If a user is having trouble receiving their invite to Traction® Tools, first check to make sure the invite did not end up in spam. Also, you may need to remove the following email from any restriction list: support@mail.traction.tools
If the user is still not receiving the email invite, follow the steps listed below to send the invite link directly. These steps are only accessible by Admins.
- Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace.
- Click Manage Organization.
- Click the blue envelope to the left of the user's name.
- Click Email not being sent? Try Alternate Method.
- Click Copy Content and send to the user.
