USING ZAPIER
Traction Tools is proud to announce its integration with Zapier. Zapier is a company that enables users to connect software services together. A Zap is an automated workflow and consists of a trigger and one or more actions. When you turn the Zap on, it will run the action steps every time the trigger event occurs. One example of a Zap would be creating a Google Calander entry each time a to-do is created within Traction Tools.

LOGIN & EMAIL SETTINGS
If one of your users is having trouble logging in, a couple of things could be happening:
- An invite was never sent
- An active email/profile was deleted
- The email address is already being used on another account
Find useful tips to solve these issues here.
The admins of the account can also update a user’s email address and check the envelope status of users by clicking the drop-down menu by your name at the top right of the workspace and selecting Manage Organization.
Envelope status:
- Blue envelope - User has been sent an invite but has not accepted.
- Gold envelope - User has not been sent an invite but an email is associated with the profile.
- White envelope - User is currently a placeholder and no email is associated with the profile.
