Navigating the Accountability Chart

Move about the Accountability Chart by clicking and dragging with your mouse. Use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out. To expand and collapse levels use the  Set Visibility Depth button in the orange menu bar or use the up and down carrot icons which appear at the bottom of a box when hovering over it with your mouse. To search for a specific user or function (job title), type the user's name in the search box at the top right of the screen.

Add a box

  1. Click AC in the top menu bar (or People if the People Tools are enabled, followed by clicking Accountability Chart).
  2. Hover your mouse over the white circle at the top of the Accountability Chart or an existing box.
  3. Click the plus button which appears.

Remove a box

Boxes can only be deleted if there are no direct report boxes below them.

  1. Click AC in the top menu bar (or People if the People Tools are enabled, followed by clicking Accountability Chart).
  2. Hover your mouse over an existing box.
  3. Click the trash can icon.

Reposition a box

Boxes can be dragged and dropped to a different Accountability Chart branch and moved left or right.

Move a box to a different branch

  1. Click AC in the top menu bar (or People if the People Tools are enabled, followed by clicking Accountability Chart).
  2. Click and hold the mouse button down.
  3. Drag to another box on the AC and once you see the blue confirmation line, release.
  • When moving a box, if it has direct reports underneath, they too will be moved along with the supervisor.


Move a box left or right

  1. Click AC in the top menu bar (or People if the People Tools are enabled, followed by clicking Accountability Chart).
  2. Click into a box.
  3. Use the small left/right arrows near the top of the box to move left or right.
  • When moving a box, if it has direct reports underneath, they too will be moved along with the supervisor.
