Functions and Roles


Adding Functions and Roles to your Accountability Chart

Important Function and Role Information

Functions and roles are now unique to each box. There are no longer shared functions that can be copied to multiple boxes. However, multiple users can be added to a single box.

Add a function to a box

  1. Click AC in the top menu bar (or People if the People Tools are enabled, followed by clicking Accountability Chart).
  2. Click into a box.
  3. In the right-side panel, type a position title into the Function section.

Remove a function from a box

  1. Click AC in the top menu bar (or People if the People Tools are enabled, followed by clicking Accountability Chart).
  2. Click into a box.
  3. In the right-side panel, delete the function text. Note that removing the function title does not remove the roles. Each box along with it's function and roles are unique to it.

Adding a role to a box

  1. Click AC in the top menu bar (or People if the People Tools are enabled, followed by clicking Accountability Chart).
  2. Click into a box.
  3. In the right-side panel, use the plus button to add a role.

Remove a role from a box

  1. Click AC in the top menu bar (or People if the People Tools are enabled, followed by clicking Accountability Chart).
  2. Click into a box.
  3. In the right-side panel, use the x to remove a role.
