How to Add and Manage Items in Bloom Growth


Adding items such as Headlines, To-dos, and Issues in Bloom Growth is a simple process that helps you capture ideas, tasks, and issues effectively.

Adding Quick Items:

  1. Click on the Meeting list located in the left-side navigation bar.
  2. Choose the meeting where you want to add the items.
  3. Locate the quick creation box at the top of the screen.
  4. Click on the quick creation box and start typing your item. For example, type the headline text, a to-do, or an issue description.
  5. Hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard to instantly create the new item.

Using the Big Plus Button:

  1. Click on the Meeting list located in the left-side navigation bar.
  2. Choose the meeting where you want to add the items. (From this section the items can be added to any meeting).
  3. Locate the big plus button at the top right of the screen.
  4. Click on the big plus button to open a menu.
  5. Select the type of item you want to add (headline, to-do, or issue).
  6. Enter the item details in the pop-up window that appears.
  7. Click "Save" to add the item to your meeting. 

Managing Items:

  • After creating an item, you can review and edit it by clicking on the item to open it. 
  • Make any necessary changes and click "Save" to update the item. 
  • You can create multiple items using both, the quick creation box and the big plus button, ensuring that all important points are captured and organized effectively.
