Setting up a Virtual Meeting Session for a Client


Run a virtual Quarterly, Annual, Focus Day™, and Vision Building™ Day session

Important Notes Information

Data entered into a special session note box (Team Health, 3-Year Picture, Establish Quarterly Rocks, etc) will be saved once the meeting is concluded. If needed, they can be viewed in the post-meeting email summary and the timeline section. Notes attached to items such as issues, rocks, etc will be saved as they normally would.

All meetings can be virtual meetings.

We know it’s a tough time for in-person meet-ups. But that’s not stopping the EOS®  community from doing what they do best—pivoting quickly and marching forward.

Whether you’re a Certified EOS Implementer®, EOS Coach, or you’re self-implementing EOS, you should know that all your sessions can be virtual sessions in Traction® Tools:

Learn how to use Traction® Tools Agendas to run a virtual session. Sign up for training by clicking here.

To access and run the special sessions:

  1. Click Meeting in the top navigation menu.
  2. Click 'Go to Meeting' in the meeting you would like to use
  3. Click the 'Run Special Session' button and choose a session.
  4. Run the meeting. Once the meeting is concluded, the agenda will be reverted back to the original agenda, including any customizations.

You can review and retrieve the SWOT analysis information after an annual meeting by re-running the annual meeting. Please reach out to our support team for any other data related to your quarterly or annual session.
