  5. Click the date range with the calendar icon, in the top right corner directly below your name—this is how you will find the previous version of the Scorecard you would like to see
  6. Select the date range using the left calendar as a starting date and the right calendar as an ending date. Click 'Apply'
  7. Your Scorecard measurables and the data for the time frame you entered will appear!

You can also select from the pre-set time frames: Today, Last 7 Days, etc. However, for the Scorecard you will most likely need to use the calendar to set your own range to go further back than your present 13 weeks.

Important Information

Scorecard measurables are a bit different than the other items within Traction Tools in that scorecard measurables can have both an owner and an admin. Often one person is responsible for "making the number happen" for a line item on the scorecard, and another person (which we'll refer to as an admin) is responsible for the record-keeping / updating of the scorecard each week.

The Traction® Tools scorecard in the Meeting Archive allows you to see both the owner and admin. The column of users on the left represents the accountable owners, the column on the right represents the admin for the measurables. Both columns are set to the same user by default when creating a measurable. When changing the owner of a scorecard measurable elsewhere in Traction Tools, only the column on the left is updated, the admin column is left unchanged.

Both the scorecard owner and admin will have the measurable display on their personal scorecards on their workspace. Follow the steps below to update the admin of a measurable.

Set an Admin to a measurable - not a meeting attendee

  1. Click Meetings in the black banner
  2. Click on the gear icon (Manage) button to the right of your meeting
  3. Click Attendees
  4. Use the blue + to temporarily add the person to the Meeting.
  5. Click Meeting Archive
  6. In the second (Admin) column, click on the icon of the current Admin
  7. Select the new admin from the drop-down menu
  8. Click the check-mark to confirm
  9. When you are done, click Meetings.
  10. Click Manage
  11. Click Attendees
  12. Click the trashcan icon to the right of the attendee.

Upon removing the user from the meeting, the measurable admin will not be able to see any other component of your Level 10 meeting, but they will see the measurable(s) on their personal scorecard tile.

  Sort Scorecard Measurables

  1. Click Meetings in the menu bar
  2. Click on the gear icon (Manage) button to the right of your meeting
  3. Click Meeting Archive
  4. Click/drag/drop using the 3 gray bars to the left of the Measurable title to move your measurables up/down.

Add a Cumulative or Average

Note: You can also update your measurable title, goal direction and goal.

Each Scorecard line can have both a goal number and a cumulative goal number (the smaller gray number to the right of the goal).

  1. Click on the measurable title to open the Edit measurable
  2. Check the box to Show Cumulative or Show Average on the right-hand side of the pop-up window.
  3. Choose a start date
  4. Click the Save.

Optional - Check the  Formula box to create a custom formula. See here for additional custom formula information.

If you find that the cumulative or average number doesn't add up the way it should, a quick reset may do the trick:

  1. Click on the cumulative number or average number to open the Edit measurable dialog box
  2. Uncheck the Show Cumulative or Show Average box
  3. Re-check the box to Show Cumulative or Show Average
  4. Click the Save button.
